Materials for CNC Machining Parts

  • We provide a wide selection of metal materials and plastic for CNC machining, suitable for rapid prototyping and low-to-medium volume production. All materials offer stable performance, good machinability, and can meet different structural, functional, and appearance requirements.

Metal materials include Aluminum alloys (commonly 6061 and 7075), Stainless Steel (303, 304, 316, 316L), Carbon Steel (45#, A3), Spring Steel, Brass, Copper, Titanium alloys (TC2, TC4), and Magnesium alloy. These metals are widely used for parts requiring high strength, corrosion resistance, lightweight performance, or excellent mechanical properties.

Plastic materials include ABS, PMMA, PC, POM, PP, PPS, Nylon, PTFE, PBT, and PF. Some plastics, such as PMMA and PC, offer good transparency and surface finish and can be painted or bonded, while engineering plastics like POM, PP, Nylon, and PTFE provide high strength, toughness, and heat resistance for demanding industrial applications.
